Tax Deductible Donations

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

A tax deductible donation receipt is given upon request with an itemized list of the estimated value of each item donated.

We Need Sponsors

Sponsors make it possible to continue the Formally Yours Program successfully. With their help, we can provide services to more teens in need of assistance. Sponsors will be included in all our publicity efforts.

Urgent Needs

• Dry Cleaning (gift certificates for cleaning) and Bags
• Dress Racks (heavy duty)
• Dress and Pant Hangers (heavy duty clear plastic)

Basic Needs

• Large, full-length mirrors
• Cosmetics, unopened (donations or gift certificates)
• Prom Dresses and formal wear
• Accessories including, purses, wraps, jewelry, etc.
• Dress Shoes, new or newly new
• Hair Accessories, new
• Food (snacks and drinks) for event days
• Hair styling (gift certificates)
• Prom night dinner (gift certificates)
• Fragrances
• Florist (gift certificates for corsages)
• Alterations (gift cetificates)
